“Issue: BRAND NEW (purchased 1/7/2020) ARRIS SBG7600AC2 will not broadcast in 5GHz. 3 hours with Arris Customer Support did not resolve issue. Gateway reset 3 times. Setup Wizard configured 2.4&5 SSID. Without resolution: returning to Best buy.”
