“Hi, Getting 500Mbps from my provider. If I connect any device via Ethernet and run a speed test I’m getting 500, with Wi-Fi only seeing half that - using 5G SSID, router right next to device, no channel interference, settings look ok. Help!”

• Thank you Arris Surfboard Team for your reply. However, these are 2 brand new IPhone 13 pros that are not seeing 500 while connected with the 5G SSID. These phones are able to see over 500 while connected to a friends wifi network.

• Device (client) can be limited itself to specific speed based on band (2.4GHz vs 5GHz) and the number of antennas.
