“Does this work with XFi Pods? Looking to get rid of Comcast rental unit but we have XFi pods to extend network in a 4-story brick townhouse. Specs say these modem/routers are 'mesh network = No' but does that mean they won't work with pods? Thanks.”

No, you won't be able to use your Xfi pods with this device. Since it is not a Xfinity gateway ( which is a prerequisite for the Xfi pods to work)
