Yes, it will work with Time Warner Cable. I used this modem to replace the one from them and it works great and I'm saving 8 bucks a month in modem rental fees on my bill.

The box indicates that it will work with "Major U.S. Cable Provider, Including: Time Warner // Comcast/Xfinity // Bright House Networks // Cox"

Yes it will work with Time Warner. I'm using it right now with Time Warner.

This is one of their approved modems. I have it with TWC, I would double check the website for your area.

yes, docsis3 is the current standard and this essentially defines it.

It works with cox and should work with time Warner also
