I'm going on 2 months with this router and the only issue I have is that my Note 10+ doesn't connect as wifi6 unless I turn my phone WiFi off and on. That's the only issue and I've reported that to Arris. This is a great device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a follow-up report. I have had no drops, no resets and no disconnects. Now going on near two months uptime. I am on Wave Gigabit with an SB8200 modem and a Cat7 cable. Both Ethernet and wireless have peaked at 1.2 Gbps though average for both is 850-900 Mbps.

Please try again later.no drops for me. no device has had an issue. 3 phones, 2 Motorola and an iPhone. 2 iPad's and 2 kindles. amazon fire stick, Apple TV and 2 Vizio 4k TVs all working with no issues. upgraded one of 2 PCs with an Intel wifi6 card and getting same gigabit speed as Ethernet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Owned mine for a few weeks now with no dropping of connection. One of my units did not had a 5GHz band to connect to but they sent me out a new unit free of charge. I have made a video on YouTube about it all with the unboxing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, I have not seen any drops. This one can cover over 6,000sf, so that is a lot of space. It even connects to my outdoor wifi cameras in HD so that is pretty good coverage.
