The Arris SB8200 is overkill for a 300 MB service and it is not listed on the authorized list from Spectrum. https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/compliant-modems-charter-network/ An appropriate DOCSIS 3.0 device should be more than adequate and save you significantly. Avoid anything with the highly problematic Puma 6 chipset such as the SB6190 or CM7000

Reseting the unit typically fixes this. Spectrum does not support the 3.1 (blue light indicator) on this in all areas, does not work where I live.
