“I purchased the Arris surfboard SB8200 a few years ago and it now needs to be connected to a new tv. The problem is I do not know the password and Buckeye cannot tell me what it is since I own my own modem and router. Any ideas please?”

You can reset the modem to get the original manufacturer default password back
