• Looks like it will. It has an ethernet output port that you connect to the ASUS' WAN port.

• Should work with your ASUS router. I'm using RT-AX82U. Works like a charm. It also works with Google Wi-Fi mesh. Here is my setup: Arris (LAN port 1 & LAN port 2) <-> ASUS RT-AX82U (LAN port 1 & LAN port 4 to use WAN aggregation).
