• Spectrum customers (only): Activation of new SB8200 devices is temporarily not supported on the Spectrum network. You can instead opt for SB6190 or SB6183 that would provide support for speed tiers of upto 400 Mbps with Spectrum’s service

• I recently bought this on the 12th. Spectrum refuses to activate it even though it's on their approved list. They say it is not certified anymore. Maybe you will have better luck but I've talked to four different people at Spretrum and hit a wall.

• On Spectrum, they list Arris SB8200 Rev4, emphasis on Rev4. I have not found that modem for sale.
