If you pre ordered the game before it was officially announced. Then you didnt get the art print. If you pre ordered it after the officially release date. Like after everybody found out the game was $70 and not $60. Then you got the print. Their was only so many available to the first couple hundered people or less. This was based off what I read about the free art when I pre ordered mine after the official release date of the game. Different stores gave out different things depending on where you got your copy.
