Yes. Mine was sent separately and I think arrived a day earlier than the game.

For me , they shipped with the physical copy of the game

I did an online preorder and picked up the game instore, but the lithos were mailed to me.

I preordered the game. They arrived the same day as my copy of Odyssey, but in a separate package. No idea if that only happened on pre-orders or all orders, though.
