This is not a digital download, it would state that in the description next to where it tells you what game it is, this is the gold steebook edition with the steelbook, the digital edition does not come with a steelbook this time.

IF the order says Digital Deluxe than normally it is the code and you pick the steelbook up in store or its mailed to you. If it doesn't say Digital deluxe, then it is normally the game inside the steelbook and you pick it up together. Hope that helps.
