My son's had the same problem and his was as simple as them not being plugged in all the way. So we unplugged the cord from both the headset side and the controller side, then re-installing them and everything worked just fine. I hope your issue is as simple as mine was. if not then you may need to contact Astro under the manufacturer warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The adapter to plug in to the headset is very tough to push in so you have to push it super hard to get it in to the headset if it is not in all the way then you can’t hear out of the left ear.
