“How do I get the mic to work on my PC? I can get it to work fine on my XBOX ONE, but not on my PC. The sound works fine through the headset, but the mic wont work and I tried everything. Do I need the mixamp? Thanks.”

Make sure to check your pc for mic I put options and click to make sure the headset is selected
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apparently, lots of people had the same issue. Some say it’s the mic, some say it’s the lack of amp. 1st- Try configuring your settings on pc. Have it plugged and set your headset mic as the mic source in settings. Check if the pc recognize your headset for sound and mic. 2nd - Get a MixAmp TR (Sold separately just the amp). Both 2019 or 2017 versions will work. They will give you volume control, instant mute and surround sound. 3rd - Send back and get a new one. Maybe you will be lucky with another one, an A40+Mix Amp or even an A50. Good Luck :D
