“Bought the 27th, why has it been saying preparing for the past 4 days?”

• I ordered mine the 30th of March and it had said the same exact thing,but it’s understandable because they need to get it shipped to the store(Best Buy) then they need to prepare it for pick up or delivery. I just got mine today, 4/4/19.
