This would be perfect for a student! The battery life is great, perfect for typing documents, and web browsing. Great for watching Netflix and shows too! Unless you need the processing power for video editing/gaming, this is the best bang for your buck. I just picked one up for school. I'm a 2nd year college student!

It has a intel celeron processor, which is at the slower end of processors. Word processing, spreadsheets, and simple power point presentations are ok for this, anything more and you’ll notice the lack of speed from the processor.
