• Yes, it supports 2 external monitors using HDMI interface. First monitor connects to the HDMI port and the other monitor connecst to the USB-C port using a USB-C to HDMI video adapter.

• Yes but it will have trouble playing video smoothly and you will not play any games on it. For static use like two screens of spreadsheets or two screens of stock data webpages online it will be fine.
