Yes you can switch it out of S mode and still run windows. Once you switch out of S mode you can't switch back, but you are able to switch out of it.

Yes, WINDOWS 10 S can easily be switched to Windows 10 Home Edition by setting up and activating S mode completely online. Once this is completed, please go to Settings, Activation then click "Go to Store" and follow the wizard in order to switch the OS free. After a successful switch to Windows 10 Home Edition, third-party software or application, like FL Studio, can be installed.
