• A:Answer Yes-ish. The full Microsoft Office suite comes installed and ready-to-use on the computer and purchase comes with a free year of Office, BUT after that free year you have to start paying either yearly or monthly (but it's only $7/mo or $70/yr).

• A:Answer Short answer is Not this model, but yes you can. Long answer is, It's not as simple as a Windows PC as there is no native application for Steam on Chrome OS. You would need to run Android/Linux to get it to work, and this unit is pretty underpowered for something that I would recommend for games.

• A:Answer The 64gb emmc is the only installed "HD" it contains the OS and another programs and it will fill up quicklybut there is a space for anyother emmc stick. I went with an external usb 3 harddrive.
