“One person asked if the SSD was upgradeable. The answer was "yes". Is it user upgradeable or must the upgrade be done at "the factory"? User upgradeable = no soldering required. Same question on RAM. Please.”

• Yes, the SSD is upgradeable and the RAM is soldered on the motherboard, it is not upgradeable. We recommend that a trained PC technician do the SSD upgrade.

• ASUS won't honor warranties, this is a junk laptop. You may try upgrading the hard drive, but they won't help.
