“Microphone issues? Bought this one week ago, need it to ZOOM for work, after one 2 ZOOM sessions, microphone on laptop stopped working. Anyone has same problems or know how to fix it? Thanks”

I have this problem as well. Microphone does NOT work with anything after ZOOM. I know the hardware is working (somewhat) at the lowest level since the Microphone setup software shows sound being picked up by the sound meter. I just can't get the sounds into any software (Skype, Voice Recorder, etc).
