It isn't listed because it seems like this particular model is a Best Buy exclusive (has the AMD chipset). The sister laptop was listed (Intel chipset) so I took the chance and the Asus pen works great. Asus pen model #90NB0000-P00100 is what ordered and it works awesome.
A:AnswerI have this problem as well. Microphone does NOT work with anything after ZOOM. I know the hardware is working (somewhat) at the lowest level since the Microphone setup software shows sound being picked up by the sound meter. I just can't get the sounds into any software (Skype, Voice Recorder, etc).
