“I’ve had a problem occur twice now and the second time went unsolved and now I need help. This laptop will switch autorotate off and on like it’s glitchingso screen orientation never stays the same, at the same time, my touchpad and keyboard stop working.”

Usually, keeping WINDOWS OS up to dat will ensure or maintain optimum system stability and performance. If the laptop is current with featured WINDOWS Update and the issues persisted, please try to update the BIOS, AMD chipset and touchpad drivers. These files are available for download at the ASUS Support website. Also, if you are accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance.
