Metal case which is little scratch sensetive. But not that match . Battery life is longer in less performance mode. Up to 8-10 hours
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would have to say that the build quality is well made and Asus certainly didn't cut corners on this model. The inside finish is a gun metal brushed finish. The outer shell and bottom of the lap top is a matte gun metal grey. I would imagine the material is aluminum. Asus states that the material meets "Military Specifications." However, usually there is some sort of ASTM specifications given to to an item that meets military specs. I don't know if that is just a marketing ploy by Asus but I will say that this laptop and an amazing build quality and it definitely has a premium feel to it.
