“How is the 8GB Memory configured? 1 8GB or 2 4GB ? In other words if I want to upgrade to 16GB can I just install 1 extra 8GB”

• 1x8 I took it apart immediately to see what I had to work with, would reccomend buying another stick if you get the 8gb model, running dual channel is such a huge improvement
