No it's not refurbished I called and spoke to a representative over the phone and she said it's brand new With a 1 year warranty. I even went to the store today to check it out and seeing is believing this laptop is absolutely beautiful and a steal for the price. I'm placing my order right now as we speak cause they will sell out quickly, and I certainly don't want to miss out! Remember folks this is a $849.99 laptop plus tax, the quality is excellent and comparing it to Acer, Msi, Hp, it's a beautiful looking laptop with the looks and performance of a $1,000,00 laptop and up. Trust me I come from an It background and this beauty definitely gets 5 stars you will not be disappointed!
