For the higher end spec laptops, I think you have to special order through Bestbuy.com or order in store(they order through bestbuy.com for you). Normally the xx60 are available in store. For the xx70 and higher, has to be ordered online. The only way you can get it in store is if someone returns it any you buy it as open box.
