The C+ uses USB-C and is only compatible with certain devices. I'd go with the B+ as your best bet because it uses a USB 3.0 connection instead, but make sure that the drivers will work with your computer first.

The C+ uses USB-C and, from my research, the drivers are a little silly. If you don't have an ASUS device that has a USB-C port, there's no point in getting the C+. The B+ has the same resolution and size. It's basically the same device, but it uses drivers and connections (namely USB 3.0) that are more generally compatible with computers.... you know...if anyone stocked them.
