Q: QuestionI have returned 2 laptops with defective graphics card in my opinion which is why the device isn’t turning on. In checking Device Manager it showed a graphic card error. Why are you sending out laptops with errors and known problems?

Q: QuestionWhat UEFI is included? Will I be able to re-allocate all of the onboard RAM to the GPU using the factory UEFI/BIOS once I have decided to upgrade the SODIMM RAM?

• A:Answer The laptop comes with a standard UEFI for the BIOS. The RAM cannot be allocated manually, it is dynamically shared on demand.

• A:Answer To my knowledge, these 512s have 4GB on-board RAM plus a single slot for upgrading. The 8GB model, for example, should have a 4GB RAM module in the DIMM slot from the distributor. If you install an 8GB module, you will then have 12GB RAM, and I believe this is expandable with up to 16GB DDR4 in the DIMM for up to 20GB maximum RAM.
