Yes. You can connect one external monitor using the built in HDMI port and one using a USB-C to HDMI or Displayport adapter. I only recommend this setup for non-gaming purposes as the built in HDMI port is connected to the integrated Radeon graphics while the USB-C port is connected directly to the RTX2060.
