QuestionCan you mix and match the RAM. OLOy DDR4 RAM 16GB (1x16GB) 3200 MHz CL22 1.2V 260-Pin Laptop Gaming SODIMM, will this work with the one that already there?

- Answer Yes, I added a 16gb 3200Mhz stick of ram and it ran fine with the existing 8 gb stick of ram. Obviously it won't run dual channel. But you have access to 24gb which is plenty to run games on high settings. I ultimately ended up replacing the original 8gb stick with a second 16 gb stick. I can run anything on it.

- Answer Yup. All adobe stuff runs fantastically on it. The screen however does not have the best color accuracy, so I would recommend an external monitor for color-sensitive work.

- Answer It comes preinstalled with the usual Office suite stuff, as well as Ryzen CPU/GPU stuff, and Asus's Control programs. No Adobe stuff on my model anyways.
