Questionthe laptop seems to have 2 gpu's. yet the second one is never shown this page, why? Do the gpu's both split the load or does one take precedence over the other?

- Answer i will answer this the best i can the ryzen has a built in graphics and under a normal load it uses this and when say gaming for example it goes to the rtx video card if that make sense

QuestionI've heard that this laptop overheats a lot, and runs in the range of 80 to 105 degrees Celsius. Is this true and if it is are there ways to prevent that? Also how much RAM are you able to put in the computer?

- Answer Mine definently gets warm but i havent had it over heat yet i would reccomend maybe a laptop cooling pad if you game on it with general use tho it stays cool as far as ram i am running 32gb

QuestionSay I had 16gb of RAM instead of just 8 and the rest of the specs remained the same, would the laptop be able to run the following games at smooth frame rate: Subnautica, Apex Legends, and/or Valorant?

- Answer I don't know about the other games but just on 8gb I was able to run Valorant at max settings 60fps smooth. 16gb RAM should improve results in the other games, especially if they're heavy on memory.

QuestionHello. Is it possible to turn the backlights of the keyboard completely off? Also, is it easy to turn them off and on? What about having them off when comp is on sleep or hibernate?

QuestionIs there a open slot for a SSD to be installed? Or could one be installed easily? My current laptop has a open ssd slot, so its a pretty big selling point for me. I recently got a 1 TB SSD and I'd hate for it to go to waste.
