• I've owned computers since 1980 and you have to be very careful about the words "included" and "license." Sometimes "comes with Office 365 means "we'll sell you a download at a discounted price." Sometimes you get either a month or a year via email, which is typically impossible to download. I looked at this laptop for someone who needs Office, but will not buy it because Live Chat cannot clear up the confusion and only recites what is listed on the website.
