The processor isn't as slow as I thought it would be. The real limiting factor with this laptop is the 4GB of RAM it has. The On-board storage is fast but you're going to want to purchase a Micro SD Card if you plan on storing more than the 20-30GB of free space that's available after Windows 10 installs. Screen quality is average but a bit washed out. The backlit keyboard is looks and feels good but I'm not digging the yellow accent around the enter key. Battery life is as advertised. Overall a decent laptop after some tweaking and the removal of all the bloatware that comes pre-installed. Just remember to disable Windows 10 S Mode (unless you want the added security) otherwise you wont be able to install any application outside of the Microsoft Store.

Like the feel of keyboard and size of screen. I've used Asus in past and have always been happy with brand.

Have had this unit for 5 years, Use it as backup for new units that don't hold up.

Excellent budget laptop. The screen looks amazing. I’m extremely happy with the backlit keyboard especially at this price point. I would truly recommend for anyone looking for a good laptop under $400 with backlit. It has a premium feel to it.

I think that this is a good computer for the price. It's being used by a mentally challenged adult who is able to navigate on the internet with it with no difficulties.

Bought for my mother who only uses it for classic purposes. Gmail and buying things online. Can store a great amount of photos too because nothing else is being downloaded. She absolutely loves it. As for my side of things i tried it for her and it booted up fast. Definitely worth the price solid computer. Tried 2 others before this one and they were slow opening web pages. This one is crisp and fast.

Love this laptop a lot. Just gotta get used to it compared to my acer chromebook 15 that I've had for bout 3 yrs. Still a lot to learn and get used to, lol.

Great laptop for the price. It starts up quickly. Great features like a backlit keyboard. I use it for personal use and to VPN to my work. The picture is great and the keys are smooth. I love that it has a 10 key.

I only bought this computer to organize pictures. About 5000 or more. Right from the beginning there were about 25% of the .jpg pictures wouldn't open and when I click on them the screen says .jpg files are not supported. Well in the same folder there were about 500 .jpg that did open. Chatted on line with customer service. 3 different people I was cut off because I didn't know how to upload a acreenshot. When I finally figured out where the picture was I was cut off by the second person. By then I had uploaded the screenshot. But I was already cut off by person #2. #3 was next he told me to do a hard start. Hold down the on button for 60 seconds. I did that and restarted the machine. Unfortunately the customer service screen closes and that ended chat #3. The issue still is not fixed and I have had enough incompetence for one day. So you know, I am a disabled Veteran USMC I have one leg and on the oyher side no hip. I am currently being treated for lung cancer and want to organize these pictures for my 3 step sons before I die. Also, my wife passed away on March 10, 2021 this year. So I don't need this aggravation. How about upping my warranty 90 days. Or better yet compensate me with a better computer. Take this back and I will pay the difference.
