• It's my understand that ChromeOS has built in virus protection. There's also the fact that being Linux based it's just not a popular target for hackers considering the Apple and Windows user base is vastly larger.

• Yes, it does come with an anti-virus protection for the internet, no need to susbcribe to an anti-virus software.
