- Answer Yes, there is room to install a 2.5 HDD or SDD. There should be a little baggie inside the box with the tools you need to install it.

- Answer This laptop is well within the recommended specs for WOW Classic. If it gets warm while running the game, you can manually adjust the fan curves with the onboard software.

QuestionSo I’m new to Computer gaming and usually play Rainbow Six Siege on a PS4, I was wondering if this laptop would run Siege or Apex well or any game like well without using a streaming website such as GeForce Now?

- Answer I don't particularly understand what using a streaming website has to do with playing a game. This laptop will run all games well if you have the settings tweaked optimally, but as for streaming it is recommended you go for 720p30-60fps otherwise streaming will be choppy. However, I have owned this laptop for over a year and both of my fans have failed from what looks like a defect that most people with this computer encounter. Find a different laptop to buy.

- Answer Laptops do not possess the function to display input HDMI. A gaming console will need to be plugged into a monitor/TV or you will need to get a capture card in order to display the gameplay from a console.

QuestionIf the Chip can handle 64GB DDR4/2666MHz RAM what has Best Buy done that they list the expandable limit as 32 Gb RAM in the spec list ? Can one still add 64 Gb with it being recognized by the system?

- Answer No, this model can only be upgraded to 32GB of RAM. It comes with (one slot installed w/ 16GB, one slot open for another 16GB DDR4/2666MHz RAM.

QuestionHow much battery life does the laptop have? Can I add an hdd? How much ram can it hold?

- Answer Battery Life: I've found that depending on what you're doing, the battery lasts anywhere from 3 to 6 hours. HDD: Since the SDD is PCIe, I don't think there is a SATA connection nor is there a bay big enough to hold an HDD (I may be wrong, I have not opened it up to confirm). RAM: It ships with 1 stick of 16GB installed and all the documentation I found points to that being the max.

- Answer Short answer yes. At checkout look an see if they included ribbon to sata cable adaptor. This part will be in the smaller box that has the user manual.
