It comes with a standard sata3 hdd. You could switch it to any 2.5" SATA 3 SSD Drive you wish. For much faster performance, you can add up to 2 m2 drives. I added a Samsung 950 pro nvme 512gb in mine and kept the 1gb hdd for data. It is unbelievably fast.
