“trial period My local best buy does not have this asus and will have to be ordered from out of town. Normally I like to test drive this expensive of a product at the store and the home. Is it a 15 day trial period on this product? I don't know if that is adequate considering it took longer than that to start getting DPC errors in my Hp I purchased from you guys. Also that trial period does it start after I receive the product as opposed to the purchase date?”

My store did not have it in stock. Shipped from a bb in Findlay, OH Box arrived destroyed and wide open. Whoever packaged it should be fired. Had a huge war with my store. They told me it should be fine. If it turned on and worked all was well. Right. I demanded another one be shipped. I can't speak for the product but a Best Buy store out of your area shipping to you is a risk. I will never do it again. Think about it when did Best Buy start hiring packers.
