- Answer The stylus comes in the box with the laptop. It similar to Apple pencil if you ask me. The stylus comes with a pre-installed battery, and is already hooked up to the laptop so no additional connecting process required.

- Answer If anyone is interested in this question. I purchased it and no can't run 4k on 60hz. It does it only on 30hz with the supplied adapter. USB-C to hdmi or display port does 4k 60hz.

- Answer I had this happen once. I kept reinserting and eventually it worked. I called ASUS support and they told me to make sure I had the wall plug inserted correctly and not upside down.

QuestionSo I have the laptop, but the pen does not seem to be working? I've opened it, pulled out the paper tab, reinserted the battery correctly, but it doesn't seem to be working. What can I do?

- Answer Hi there, I barely noticed a SPRING upon taking out the paper piece. Mine fell on the floor and my dog almost got it. It's inconvenient however because each time you finish unscrewing the pen cap, the spring falls. Sorry to say you may have lost the spring! If you have the spring, try switching the way the spring sits in the pen, or the battery. I imagine it's one of the two making your pen unable to work. Best of luck!
