A: Certainly understand your disappointment with the product if it started shutting down randomly.
To resolve the issue, please try to update the OS if the version was outdated. If this was done to no avaial, please do a Power wash under Settings.
If the problem persisted, please try to do a Power wash using the hotkeys, "Shift + Ctrl + Alt + R".
