“I use my laptop mainly for zoom and creating documents with word. I need Microsoft 10 but it will not download. Also- zoom doesn’t allow for virtual Backgrounds. Is this a setting or do I need a computer with different specs?”

The Chromebook comes with a Chrome OS, not Windows 10. The laptop is still perfect for Zoom video-conferences and running MS Word or other word-processing application.
