A:Answer Sounds very stange 3rd Wow!! Heat and or vibration, Buy the second time coming in for the same problem i would have a few question's, third-not-probable, however still could not dismiss it. First the most obvious, Heat, is the computer able to breath freely no obstuctions under the computer and or up top by vent holes next to monitor. Next test power of the wall-wort most i believe are around 19 Vdc testing might read as high as 25Vdc, if the voltage is to low it will start to heat up same as if the AC voltage on the primary side of the power supply, is the AC voltage low? Bad breaker?! I have had product come in a few times it does happen however it is very rare, Good luck.
