• This has one soldered 8GB card on the backside of the circuit board and one removable and accessible 8GB DIMM next to the M.2. I was able to swap the second one for a 16GB and it works completely fine. It's not my preference to have mismatched memory, but it's what I had to work with. I also added a SSD. At 4 years old, I have a more powerful and dynamic laptop than what's on the market with a 24GB Ram 1TB SSD 2TB HDD. My only wish was for a better graphics card. Maybe next time.
