• I bought one about a month ago and I have not experienced any undue heating or screen issues. My ASUS is operating perfectly. I'm loving the speed and clarity of the screen. I suggest you take it in for an exchange.

• I have not experienced such an issue. After the Windows 10 update it's been pretty smooth. I love mine.
