• It comes with its own power supply to connect into the wall. So actually you don't need a tower to power it.

• There is a separate power cord.power supply. There is also an audio IN and an HDMI IN, plus one more IN port.

• There is a wall power cord you would use to power the monitor. Then you would use an HDMI cable from the Xbox to Monitor.

• No, you don't need a tower, it has its own power like a TV, I recommended
