“I just bought this monitor. everything works, including sound, but the camera does not. Cables are properly connected but when i go to microsoft settings the camera is not listed. what am I doing wrong?”

• On the very top of the camera is a tab, it could be moved from side to side. Try that.

• I can't answer because my new moniter is doing the exact same thing! plus it will not let me unmute and speak. Pretty sure it is hooked up correctly Where can I get some help with this!
