Yes it has built in speakers, although you will likely be disappointed with the quality of the speakers. The volume is too low even at 100. It seems like the speakers are playing through the back of the monitor so it sounds a little off. This was not a concern for me though because I always wear a headset when gaming.

Yes, plus it has an audio port to plug in headphones and cord comes with the monitor.
