• This router supports Open Source Firmware. You can do this through firmware like Tomato and DD-WRT.

• There is no feature that I know of that can do that on this device you can limit the bandwidth per device (Mbps) and you can monitor usage via the computer or from a app on your smartphone you can also make changes from both as well.
