Yes it does I confirmed this day#1 .. Multiple brightness levels. This is there neat large screen device I've had in years... Great for medical chatting from home( Epic), great as a laptop for spreadsheet use, perfect laptop easy to use, powerful enough for most folks. If you use work software remotely via the web then this will work well for you
