- Answer I have been in the same situation. I googled for the solution, but nothing works! I have done everything .. restart, hard restart, powerwash.... everything they say to do online. Another thing they say is turn off the OS keyboard in the Accessibility section of settings. But there is no option on this Chromebook to turn it off !!... The settings don't mention anything about how to switch from tablet to laptop. I am so disappointed in this Chromebook.

- Answer it has an hdmi port, a usb, two type c charging ports, and a headphone jack (not sure what mm) you can disable the camera with a little switch right above the camera itself but i do not know if there is a way to turn off the microphone on the laptop itself

- Answer It's not as rugged as the ASUS CX3402 but it is Military Grade MIL-STD 810H. The keyboard is spill-resistant and can cope with up to 60 cc of liquids without harm, so minor spillages can be easily drained, cleaned and dried. The lid is metal and the body of the Chromebook is comprised of rugged plastic.

- Answer The keypad is backlit while in use and goes off automatically when not. There are a couple settings for screen illumination. Night light and dark theme. Hope this helps.
